ELICITYL does not require prepayment prior to shipping unless otherwise agreed.
To allow for a smooth payment process, ELICITYL offers secure payment possibilities:
- Bank transfer in Euros. Our bank details are indicated on the last page of the invoice you will receive.
- Credit Card (except American Express) on our website. We sometimes encounter difficulties with payment by credit card, please try again or check your funds. If necessary, please contact us.
- Credit card payment via a secure payment link. Simply request it, and a staff member will provide you with a secure link to process your payment.
You can order and pay directly by credit card on our website by adding products to your shopping cart. You can choose to ask for an invoice by selecting: Pay later by bank transfer / by invoice, and pay 30 days later.
You can order by sending your purchase order or an email of confirmation of your order on our contact form and selecting the subject Place an order. An invoice with 30 days payment terms will be issued at the time of shipping unless otherwise agreed.
For a smoother ordering process, please provide us with:
- Shipping address with a contact name, email and telephone number
- Invoice address with the email address for sending the invoice
- VAT number for companies from the European union
- Purchase Order number (not necessary)
If you prefer to use your own carrier for shipping, kindly advise and provide us with your account number when ordering. ELICITYL will not charge you the shipping and handling fees.
